1 · Try before you buy
The free tier runs every parser and every check on your own files; only the export is limited to 10 invoices per batch. If the tool cannot read your invoices, you will know that before paying.
2 · Thirty days
If a licence does not do what you expected, write to support within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason. We may ask what went wrong — that is for fixing the product, not for qualifying the refund.
3 · How it is paid back
Refunds go back to the original payment method through the provider that took the payment (Paddle as merchant of record for EU purchases; Stripe for other channels). Banks usually take a few working days after that.
The licence key stops being valid once a purchase is refunded.
4 · EU right of withdrawal
For consumers in the EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to digital purchases. The policy above is longer than that, so it applies instead — the statutory right is not reduced by it.
