1 · Who you are contracting with
The operator of this site ("we") provides Ledgerdrop, a browser-based tool for reading electronic invoices. Contact: support.
Where a payment is processed by Paddle, Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the merchant of record for that purchase. Their terms govern the payment itself, including VAT and invoicing.
2 · What the software does
Ledgerdrop reads structured e-invoice files that you open in your own browser and turns them
into a spreadsheet. Processing happens on your device. The site's Content-Security-Policy
declares connect-src 'self', which means the browser itself blocks the page from
sending your files anywhere. You can verify this in the network panel of your browser, or by
disconnecting from the network and continuing to work.
3 · Free tier and licence
- The free tier exports up to 10 invoices per batch. Every parser and every check is available on the free tier; only the export size is limited.
- A licence key removes that limit. Keys are verified offline by signature and are bound to the email address used at purchase. A key is for one person; the office tier includes five keys, one per colleague.
- Do not resell, sublicense or publish licence keys. We may revoke keys that are published publicly, and will issue a replacement to the original purchaser.
4 · What the software does not do
This matters more than the usual boilerplate, so it is stated explicitly:
- It is not tax advice and not a compliance certificate. The built-in checks cover a documented subset of EN 16931 plus a small number of national rules. A clean result means the implemented rules passed — not that an invoice is legally valid.
- It does not file anything with any tax authority, and does not connect to KSeF, SdI, SPV, Chorus Pro or any other portal.
- It does not keep your invoices. There is no account and no server-side storage, so there is also nothing for us to recover if you lose a file.
5 · Availability
The site is served as static files. Once a page has loaded it keeps working offline, so a site outage does not stop you from processing invoices you already have open. We do not promise a specific uptime.
6 · Liability
The software is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You remain responsible for the correctness of your own bookkeeping and filings. Where a number matters, check it against the invoice.
7 · Changes
We may change these terms for future purchases. A change never removes a licence you have already bought. The date at the top of this page is the last change.
8 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
